M16/M4/AR15 Pivot Pin Installation Tool This unique tool was developed by S.O.T.A. to simplify the installation of the pivot pin detent spring, the detent and the pivot pin. It eliminates the possibility of launching the spring and detent while you attempt to install the pivot pin using the old style tool and technique. This tool fits all mil-spec lower receivers.
